At Kampus Mate, we are committed to providing seamless school management solutions. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before subscribing to our services.
1. No Cancellations
- Once a subscription is activated, it cannot be canceled before the end of the subscription period.
- Users should carefully review their requirements before purchasing or subscribing to our services.
2. No Refunds
- All payments made for Kampus Mate services are non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds for any reason, including:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Partial or unused service duration.
- School discontinuation of service.
3. Subscription Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrade: If a school upgrades to a higher-priced subscription, the remaining balance will be adjusted, and the new plan will be activated immediately.
- Downgrade: If a school chooses to downgrade to a lower-priced subscription:
- No refund will be issued.
- The remaining balance will be adjusted by extending the validity of the new lower-tier plan.
4. Modifications & Exceptions
- If a technical issue arises due to Kampus Mate, we will work to resolve it, but no refunds will be issued.
- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be updated on this page.
